Hello, i recently uploaded some .avi and .mkv files. i have some .mp4 files uploaded as well, which they play in the web as well as after i download them. The .avi and .mkv files do not play in the web, in the preview window it gives me the "No video with supported format and MIME type found". When i download them, only the .avi files play, the mkv files do not play. I use VLC media player. I have no problem with .avi files not playing in the web, but with mkv files not playing when downloaded. Thank you! :)

Hi jim_atreides,

Thank you for sharing these details. At the moment, only .mp4 files are supported for web playback in the Blomp dashboard, which explains why your .avi and .mkv files don’t preview there.

We’re currently looking into the issue you mentioned with .mkv files not playing locally after download and will update you once we have more information.
