Hi everyone,

I'm having a serious issue with Blomp and hoping someone here can help.

A few days ago, I uploaded around 20GB of important .mp4 video files to my Blomp account. Now when I try to download them, it doesn’t work properly. The only link I got after like 30+ hours gave me a corrupted .rar file that won’t open at all.

These videos are very important to me, and I’m extremely frustrated. I’ve already contacted support and gave them a deadline (August 7), but I’m not sure they’ll respond in time.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to get working download links or recover the original files?
Any tips or help would be massively appreciated!
