Plan not activated

Hi,

I got a mail that my account was downgraded because of outstanding payment. I purchased the 2TB plan with Amazon pay subscription successfully. Right after the purchase, the Blomp dashboard was also showing the plan and storage of 2Tb.

It seems, that during the night, the account downgrade happened again. The dashboard is telling me insufficient storage again and my plan subscription is gone as well. Can you please check and reactivate the storage extension?

There must be some kind of a mistake here, since we checked on our end and can confirm that your account currently has the 2TB plan active. Everything looks good from our side.

If you're still seeing any issues on your dashboard, please try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. You might also want to log out and log back in again. If the issue persists, feel free to send us another screenshot and let us know which browser and device you're using so we can help further.
