Hey Blomp Explorer!
Are you trying to run Blomp Go but can't spot it in your PC networks? No worries, we've got a quick solution for you.

For the Latest and Greatest Fix:
If you're into having the latest and greatest, just go to your Blomp dashboard and download the latest version of BlompGo. The new version works like magic to fix this issue.
Quick Solution Without the Update:
But hey, we get it, sometimes updates need to wait. Here's a nifty workaround for instant results:
1. Open your Local Disk (C:) on your PC.
2. Navigate to "Program Files (x86)."
3. Find the "BlompGo" folder.
4. Look for a file named "blomp" with a LOCK file type.
5. Open the file with Notepad – a new window will pop up with "1" written on it.
6. Delete that "1" and press "Ctrl + S" to save the changes.
7. Close the window and relaunch Blomp Go.
Voilà! The Blomp (//server) (Z:) will now proudly show up in the network locations on your PC. Easy peasy!
Help!! BlompGo Isn’t Disconnecting. What to do?
Hey Blomp Explorer!
So, you've got a stubborn BlompGo connection, and it's playing hard to disconnect? Or maybe it is showing, “this network connection doesn’t exist" when you try to disconnect it. No worries, we've got two methods to help you bid it farewell.
First Method: Log Out from the Deskband / Systray:
1. mHead down to the deskband or systray in the lower right corner of your PC/laptop.
2. Right-click on the Blomp Go icon and select "Log Out."
3. Watch it vanish from the deskband.
4. Now, if you click on server Z in PC networks, it might be there but in a disconnected state.
Second Method: Head to the Task Manager:
1. Right-click on the taskbar and open the Task Manager.
2. Hunt down "rclone" in the open processes. Mac users can search for it; Windows users, scroll down until you spot it.
3. Right-click on "rclone" and select the option "End Task."
4. Tada! BlompGo will gracefully unmount from your PC.
And there you have it – two simple methods to disconnect BlompGo and keep your tech world clutter-free.
