Download All Files - Blank Zip File

Hello,

When I click the download all button I receive a link to zip file which is blank.

How can I download all my files?

I haven't tried to download all my files at once but im planning to i hope it works lol

I tried to download all my files as 20gb single zip file (pressed the download all files option) but i never got notification on my email or in the notification menu in blomp when my download is ready should i select the files first?
