Dear Blomp,
I transferred my files from my local to the cloud through BlompGo. I have several questions.
- How do I trace the status of the files, whether it is already fully uploaded or not to the cloud?
- What if I delete the files in my local just after copying the files to the Blomp directory in my Windows Explorer? Will the files be uploaded properly to the cloud?
Thanks and Regards

Re: Tracing the uploaded files from blompgo
Hi c1122,
Thanks for reaching out, and great questions!
When using BlompGo, the best way to confirm your files have uploaded successfully is to make sure they appear in your BlompGo folder first, and then check the ‘My Files’ page on your Blomp web dashboard (https://dashboard.blomp.com). If they don’t appear immediately, give it a moment and refresh the page. Sync time can vary depending on the size of the files being uploaded.
As for your second question: Yes, once the files are copied into your BlompGo folder, they’ll be uploaded to the cloud even if you delete them from your local device afterward. Just be sure they’ve fully synced to the web dashboard first before removing the originals.
We're actively improving BlompGo to make syncing and tracking uploads even smoother. Thank you again for your patience and helpful feedback!
Warm regards,

That's the problem. I am unable to load my files on (https://dashboard.blomp.com/). It is always loading when I try to access my folder. It's showing like this (https://ibb.co/FCTv7zG)

Hey c112,
Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your account.
We can see your files safely stored on our end, and you currently have 2 folders:
1. File-segments: No files
2. GoPro: Contains multiple files (305 in total)
Please check and let us know if you’re able to see them on your end. If anything still looks off or you have more questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to help!
