can't bulk download files
can't bulk download files
I've tried to bulk download my files via browser to no avail. It told me to wait for a link. It's been several days and still nothing has been sent/received. I also purchased this service based on the "why blomp" section stating there was a windows and mac app which aren't even available. I tried contacting via the "contact us" page and clicked to forward a copy to my email which I never received which leads me to believe my messages aren't being seen. I wish there was a chat or email to contact someone with. Right now it feels like I've been scammed with no way to download my information.

I'd like to download everything in my storage. It says the total of what I have is 67.1 GB. Files & Folders: 1220

To begin with - We wanted to let you know that we had multiple people from our team check our database, and we do not see your ticket/message anywhere. We also ran a test on our end to make sure there are no issues, and all messages are coming through as expected. So it’s possible something went wrong during submission.
