Plans not activated
I bought the 2TB plan 30mins ago payment was successful but my plan was not active, then i changed my plan to 250GB and the payment sucessfull again but i did not get the plan either, now i paid for two plans and did not get any of them, can i get some help please

We’ve checked on our end and haven’t seen any charges come through for your account just yet. Could you please let us know which device you used to make the purchase? If it was from an Apple device, kindly send us a copy of your Apple receipt for both transactions so we can assist you further.
