Issue uploading archives via web

Hi there,

Since yesterday 26-June I'm facing issues uploading archives through the web interface, the archives keep trying uploading but after few tries I get an object object error.

Can you please help with this?

We’ve tested the archive upload feature on our end and everything appears to be working fine. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and relaunching your browser, then try again and see if the issue persists?

To further assist you, could you also let us know the following:

1. What browser and version are you currently using?
2. What type and approximate size of the archive file are you trying to upload?

I'd also like to add that I too cannot upload using the web interface anymore.

I am using Lubuntu 24.04 OS and MS Edge 138.0.3351.55 web browser.
My ZIP file is 153.3 Mb

So far, I've been unable to log in using Firefox as I get a timeout error. I'll try to reboot and also try using Windows 11 and report back.

Using Windows 11 and MS Edge, I now get "503 Service Unavailable No server is available to handle this request" when attempting to login.
Same with Chrome. I didn't record web browser versins, sorry.

I've rebooted again back into Lubuntu and get the same messages with MS Edge and Firefox 140.0.1.

Issues still persist on my end, I have now tried several web browsers with same results (edge, brave, firefox, chrome).

brave version: 1.80.115, Edge version: 138.0.3351.55 Firefox version: 140.0.2 chrome version: 138.0.7204.97

I have also tried to upload any size of archives 6mb, 3mb, 20mb, I still get the same "object object" error

by the time writing this post I'm getting a

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.
