cancelled my 250GB plan but dashboard says still on 250GB

Great thank you for confirming.

I just have one more question. After i return to the free plan, i understand that monthly logins are a requirement to keep the acct active. So may i ask what counts as a "login"? Does it have to be to the web application (i.e. the dashboard that i posted a screenshot for)? Or does upload/downloads directly via blomplive or rclone count?

That's an excellent question!

To maintain your account as a free user, it's important to log in regularly to either the https://dashboard.blomp.com dashboard or the https://support.blomp.com support area on a monthly basis. If you don't stay active, don't worry, we'll send you some reminders.

The good news is that as long as you keep your account active and in good standing (which means logging in monthly), your files, (up to 200GB with friends referrals), will be safe and won't be deleted.
