Download Unable!!!
Download Unable!!!
I am still unable to download the files I put into Blomp. I need these files immediately and am able to only download the unimportant ones. My grade is at risk and I am unable to download the 8GB file that I clearly put in last night. Is this a glitch?

All I can download are the files highlighted in blue.

I am very sorry to hear that. However, we have tested the downloading issue multiple times, however, they were all successful. Can you please let us know exactly what you are seeing? Maybe a screenshot?
In addition, it would be really helpful if you inform us which files you are trying to download (their names). You can do this through a private message in case you want to keep everything private, your choice.
I want to fix this issue for you immediately.
