We are on the edge of the issue being fixed. Please give us a little bit more time and I promise you this will be fixed.
I know that you have been waiting for a while, but our programmers are working on this. I just re-reminded them to work on your issue faster and set your issue as high importance. I do not want you to wait anymore.

I am trying to download a folder and I am unable to do so.
I tried download all but I get an email with a Download Zip Folder that points to https://dashboard.blomp.com/dashboard/s ... 6abe00.zip but this links leads to the message below:

This site can’t be reacheddashboard.blomp.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED .

Vamcr, I want to tell you that we also had our QA tester team test this issue. Our programmers now have a deeper understanding of what is going on and will be able to help you as soon as possible.

I want to know the eta for resolving this issue as you know it's been so long since I lost access to my files. I literally had to download each file individually to access some of my files.

hello, same issue i can't open folder and download not work please help us,is possible change email address? i used temporary email when register account ,i don't know you send download link to email address,no download without link to email?.I don't remember the names of the files and I can't enter the folder to search and download them again.
