hi everyone, please help me I drop 6gb and 40gb files on blomp cloud disk but I can't download them now, these are very important files for me and I have to download them

If yes,
I need you to send me a screenshot of the problem you are having. I will then send your screenshot to our programmers so that they can see what the exact problem is. The reason why I am asking this is that I just tried downloading files myself, and it was successful. This tells me that this is an isolated issue.
If you want to keep your privacy, you can always message us through private messages. That way, only you and I will be able to see whatever you send.
