downloading error

file is downloading but their size is zero kb, why, if after using storage, its not working for download then why am i using?? Why r showing and downloading file, if its not working.

I still haven't heard from you. However, I come with good news. Our downloading error is now solved. Let me know if you are still having problems, but I don't think you should. I just tried downloading it as well, and everything was great!
