Error in Windows desktop program

Hello, I'm using Windows 11 and I tried to install the desktop program. It installed, but when I try to start it, I get an error:

It says that it is unable to continue because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is unavailable, and that I may try reinstalling the program.
