Can't delete folder/files

Hey, I just want to delete what I uploaded and I can't, please help me, every I click delete, it reloads the page like nothing happened

Hmmm... weird! This seems to be an isolated issue. I just tried to delete some files and folders myself and all is working fine. Can you please try again and let me know if you're still having this issue?

I am also having this issue. I've downloaded both windows apps (Go and Live) as well as used the browser access, and attempting to delete the files and folders does nothing.

Hello both Blompers!

Are you still having this issue? I just uploaded and then deleted a file I had in my account and it was deleted successfully.
Let me know if these are the steps you are following:

1- Go to your "My files" tab.
2- Find the file/folder you want to delete and move your mouse to the right side of the file/folder.
3- You will see a red trash can icon, click on that.
4- Once you click, an alert will pop up saying "Are you sure?"
5- Click "yes"

And that's it. You should not have any problems if you follow these steps.
Please let me know if you are still having issues and our programmers will look into your account!

I've followed those instructions and it wont remove the folders. The page just reloads, but the files remain there.

Please know that deleting a file/folder might take time to process. However, If your file/folder still has not been deleted please let us know. Either way, I just let our programmers know to look into this issue in a more detailed way.

Hi,
After 24 hours,still not deleted. Attempted again and the same as before. Refreshes and it is still there.
