Problem with downloading

Hello, I have problem downloading rar file. 16 GB When I download it it gets almost to the end and stops, I don't know what the problem is. The Internet is strong, I have enough free space, but it doesn't work!

Are you still having this issue? I just tried downloading some files myself, and all is working. Let me know if you are still having this issue, and our programmers will hop right on it!

@vaskozabata some tips to try
using different browser to download your files (firefox) if that doesn't help and you know your files are safe disable antivirus software before downloading
