Hello, I can't download my files from the cloud
The download process comes to an end and starts all over again
How to fix it?

The problem did not disappear, I also tried downloading from Android, laptop, and PC. The same thing

Hmmm... well, we re-tested downloading files and it is still working.
This brings us to my next questions,
!- How big is the size of the file that you are trying to download?
2- Do you know your download speed?
