HI BLOMP,

ITS BEEN A YEAR AND I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MY FILES. IT IS ABOUT 20GB AND AND 400+ FILES. I CANT DOWNLOAD THEM 1 BY 1. CAN YOU PLEASE ADDRESS THE ISSUE AND HELP DOWNLOAD MY FILES IN BULK? THANK YOU
