Login probs

Hi,
i;m a new user. I'm having real problems signing in to the Dashboard using my email & password, it returns -
"User with Email does not exist. Please register and try again."
Tried it with my 'user name' to same result, although I was able to login here ok using 'user name' and my password.
I'm using a VPN which is always on.
I'm signed up for the 250GB account.
Any help/solutions would be great.
