can't download multiple files at once

If I select to download multiple files, I will get a link in the email to download the zip file, but after downloading the zip file it's empty! How could this be fixed?

If this helps, I resolved it by simply using rclone and mount it as a drive, there you can copy/move files around quickly and in the way you are used to do.

If there is a problem with the zip feature, we'll take a look at it.

You can download BlompGo from our website / dashboard and it'll create a Z: drive for you. There is a video tutorial online for it.

hello, i had the same problem, zip files appear empty. so i downloaded the blomp and it created a Z: drive, and it is still empty. Folders are there but not the content. Please help
