When I login the first time and go to My Files I can see all my folders (5). When I go into a specific folder I cannot go back to the full list of folders. Please help.

Hello,

To change folders in the online dashboard, select the portion of the directory that you would like to go back to, located above the contents of the directory you are viewing. Look for the "home" button.
