We've added a feature to the menu to resend your links to you... to the right of Bulk Download is a drop-up for Download All. It should offer you your links.

same here, bulk download isn't working, and when i try to "resend any download links" there's a pop up saying "You have no links!
Sorry, you have no links to download right now."

please solve this asap

Hi Team,

I am unable to download my content as well. Tried single download (of a folder) and also multiple folders at a time. All that I'm able to download is single image / document by clicking on it and not a folder. It says link would be sent as soon as it is ready but nothing happens even after hours. Request you to look into this as it is a major pain not being able to download your content.
