are there any limitation of the uploaded file size , why are the folder of the file I uploaded disappear totally ? and it had happened several times.

There are no limits set for file or folder sizes. Over 10,000 files or folders in an account can cause some clients problems. For reference, use our WebUI which can gracefully handle an unlimited number of folders or files.

We are working on pushing new versions of our provided clients that will support a bunch of spiffy features including the ability to handle over 10,000 files at a time.
