I received the email in the image below.
I paid $11.88 for a 1y 250GB subscription a couple of months ago.
I have been trying to transfer two files, around 100GB each, unsuccessfully, to Blomp for several weeks now, and have had some email exchanges with support@ and good.dev05@.
My [Plans & Billing] page still has me listed as having a 1y 250GB subscription.
Queries
Why did I get that email? What does it mean? If my subscription is going to be cancelled, will I get a refund?

We believe this was a result of a ticket you opened up where you had accidentally paid for two separate accounts. You are likely seeing that notice from the one that was cancelled... not the annual one.briantcarcich wrote: ↑Wed Dec 09, 2020 7:09 amBackground
