Charging for extra data

I'd like to make sure next month i do not get charged for own a specific amount of data id like to change back to free. When i go to billing it says i have the "free" membership. On the dashboard it says i have 2 Tb's and it will renew Sept 22. How do i make sure it does not renew?

Hi..

We have no control over your renewal payments. That's done through Paypal or Google Pay or Apple Pay. So you can control (or cancel) that renewal there. When our system detects the non payment, you'll get a notice or two, and then you'll be on original privileges. Which means you have to be active every 30 days to keep your account alive.
