I cut a folder and paste in a different folder.
My folder disappeared.
Why?
Can I have back my data lost?

Thank you for reporting this issue and for your patience.

We have checked and tested the "cut" and "paste" options. The good news is that they are working now!

Kindly clear your caches, reload the web, and try again to cut and paste your desired folder/file to another folder by
following the steps below:

Step number 1- Right click on the folder/file you want to move.
Step number 2- Click "Cut" or "Copy"
Step number 3- Go to the already-created folder you want to move the file in.
Step number 4- Right click and hit "Paste"

Regarding your disappeared file, please provide its name and we will look for it.

Folder name should be something like that bunkrr.ru..a..MhesPwAM

Regarding your lost folder, we found a folder named "CANDID bunkr.si..a..MhesPwAM folder". If this is the folder that you lost and you still can not find it, please let us know and we will send it to you via DM.

The cut-and-paste option works smoothly on Blomp and you should not have any issues using it.

1. Do you remember the exact name of the lost folder? As I mentioned before we could only find folder with name "CANDID bunkr.si..a..MhesPwAM folder".

2. Is the cut-and-pate option working for you now?

My folder was this bunkrr.ru..a..MhesPwAM
I've cut and paste it in the one you mentioned that I have.
As you can see, this folder is empty and my old one disappeared.

Did you have other files in folder CANDID bunkr.si..a..MhesPwAM before you attempted to cut and paste folder bunkrr.ru..a..MhesPwAM or only folder bunkrr.ru..a..MhesPwAM is missing?
