Hello! I've not been there since autumn because of problems with my health and family. I login to this account and can't find any files there. Where are they? I had uploaded, returned and couldn't find. What's wrong?

We saw your ticket on our Blomp support email as well and replied to you there. However, to make this easy for you, I will paste our reply here as well. This is what we said:
"We got the developer involved in this issue, however, he can't see any activities done on your account dating back a year. Are you sure your file uploads were completely done properly? Our system shows no history of uploading and downloading files."
