Received "registration expires soon" emails

I keep receiving some emails from

confirm@blomp.com
that tells
You account hasn't been confirmed within 60 days of registration!
Confirm your account or your registration will be expired in X days. Please login to the Blomp Dashboard to register your account.
I clicked on the confirm link received in the emails some days ago and i got a page with "404 Not found".
Today i received the same email to alert me and same link go to the same "404 Not found" page.
Can you fix this issue on my account ?

Our tech team has checked your account and did not find any issues.
Your account has been already confirmed that's why when you click on the confirmation link it says that's expired.
