blomp service down (error 500 / 503 / credentials declined / file missing

Hi team,

Why is blomp down 2 times within 48h?

website is response is slow, and token access is denied.
This is the 2nd time in 48h that it happens, tested from 3 different networks all with the same result:

Failed to create file system for "xxx": failed to make remote "xxx" to wrap: Post "https://authenticate.blomp.com/tokens": dial tcp 205.134.171.76:443: connect: connection timed out
same happens on other authentication URL tried both on 3 networks in 3 different country's same result.
also unable to login to dashboard from 3 different country's.

Dashboard also showing 0 bytes after loading for over30 min, please advice.

Hi service seems to back online now, could you please check why this keeps happenings? or inform the dev team about it.
i dont expect a instant fix but would like for it to get solved.

could you please check whats going on?

Timestamp is CEST timezone (2min before this post).
Happening on both accounts again.

Dashboard showing 0bytes of data gain.
This happens every week, is there a maintenance window im not aware off? if so why is it during the day for european servers?
