BlompGo does not connect

Hi, me and my friend each own a Blomp account. After downloading BlompGo, he is able to explore his Z drive in his own PC, while I'm not. Only once did I manage to connect to my drive and move there some files. Ever since I'm stuck outside, and have no access to my files. Unfortunately, they do not exist in the web interface you provide.

Sorry for the late response to your post. Are you still having trouble running BlompGo?
Have you tried to stop running Blomp (Z:) from the task manager?
Please let me know if you still have a problem.
