20 GB hasen't been added for a verified friend for me also

I had a friend create an account that I referred to get the extra 20 GB but I am still limited to 20 GB. I tried again with another friend but I am still limited to 20 GB. Both of my friend's accounts are still active (I just had both login and upload a file)

One referral is enough, here is his user name and email address

edit: it is possible that they registered on their own and did not use the referral link but both of their accounts are listed as verified on my referred account list.
