When I attempt to download my files - about 14.5GB's worth, I am able to initiate the download with no issue, but everytime it gets to near the end, it fails with 'Failed - Network error'. I've seen online others with the similar issue, please advise as currently I cannot download my files.
Edit - I should say it doesn't matter what browser I use, and it's Windows 10.

Hi, just seen this, no I can definitely say 100% this is NOT resolved, I've tried twice today (before seeing this) and it failed both times. Always at the very end. Doesn't matter if I save to local C drive or external drive.

Hmm.. I am very sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. However, our programmers did work on this issue, fixed it, tested it out and everything was super successful.

I just let them know that you replied back and are still having issues. Please give us more time to really look into what the problem is here. I will have more people test this out and come back to you with updates.

Well your tests might be 'super successful', but I can advise that I'm still getting 'download failed' right on the final 0.7MB of a 14.77GB file. Downlaod was a steady 10-11.5MB/sec speed (not that this should make any difference as everything else I download is fine). Clicking on resume basically starts it again from the beginning.

This issue will be resolved very soon. We have our entire team working on it, and our QA testers testing them constantly. The Blomp team is doing everything it can to make sure this issue is resolved entirely.
