Empty folder downloading

I have tried to download a folder and I received a mail on my email
I tried to download Zipped folder and empty folder has downloaded

It is still the same I am getting a link to email when I tried to download the folder
When I click on the link a zipped folder is being downloaded without any files

Vamcr, how about you send me a screenshot or a screen recording of what you are seeing? You can contact us through private messages as well in case you want to keep everything private, no worries there.

I just tried downloading multiple folders with different sizes, and they all worked fine. Maybe this is an isolated issue. However, to know for sure, I need to see what you are seeing.

This is happening to me as well. Are you guys actually working on it or just
pretending to care? Absolutely ridiculous situation when you charge
for this lack of care, attention and service.
