you can see I don’t use this account anymore for many months.

You have paid over paypal, request refund from paypal as blomp did not deliver. Then you dont care about if Blomp team ignores you or not, let PayPal get their money back from Blomp. That is the easiest solution I would mean.
The more people request their money back directly from paypal will put Blomp into position to explain it all to paypal and if paypal is not satisfied, they might block their service for blomp (which I honestly doubt).

Hello dear Blomper,
You made me sad and although I do not want to see you go, let me explain how you can cancel your subscription. You have to contact Paypal to stop your automated payments and then you’ll be done with them. Then you can log into your account (profile) and cancel your Blomp account. I hope one day we’ll see you come back to us and we’ll Blomp along.
