Account suspended - emails went to Spam

I have put many important photos and documents and it was deleted because I didn't login. I accept that email notification are sent - but it was sent to my spam! Something this important at least you could've invested in email servers/systems that are more reliable and robust that it doesn't get spammed.... What do I do now? You've deleted all of my important documents?
