Unable to share files

Dear friends! I uploaded a couple of broken videofiles to share it with guys who can fix it, but system return error message, when I'm trying to share it.
What's wrong?

One question before we analyze this issue further, are you hitting enter after entering the email?
Let me know
If not, let's try it again one more time, but this time, click enter after the email you are trying to share to.
