Did Not Get My Extra 20GB Of Storage After A Friend Joined Please Help I Did it Correct And Everything But i Still Only Have 20Gb Not 40GB Please Help

We have commonly seen people having this issue. The reason is simple and might be because of one of two things.
Either your friend didn't accept your invite yet - as in opened the link or didn't open a Blomp account yet. Are you 100% sure they have confirmed and opened an account?

If yes, kindly provide their information. such as their username, and account info...
If not, I'm sure you will have your extra storage once they confirm and open an account.

I had 5 friends join and got my referral amounts. Later on I noticed that one of them was no longer listed as one of my referrals and my 20 gb deducted. I wrote support for a long time now and it has been ignored. I want my 20gb back for my friend joining.

Hey Blomper,

I have contacted the administrators and they have told me that they can see your plan.

You do have in fact 100 GB on your plan and you have maxed out. Maybe that's why you think you don't have 100 GB.
However blomper, If you need 20 more may I suggest that you send another friend to join in and you can get more storage!

You can double what you have by inviting 10 more friends. how cool!
