Trying to Cancel

I am trying to cancel my plan. The blomp website will only direct me to PayPal, yet the recurring charge is being billed to my card directly, not through my PayPal account. so trying to cancel through them does not do any good.
support@blomp.com gave me a ticket ID (PHI-905674) two weeks ago, and they have not replied since.
Help?
