I am not able to join as an affiliate, the page requires log in and it's not woking after giving inputs.

By affiliate I assume you mean an invited user?
Invite links should have the following string https://dashboard.blomp.com/register/invitation/xxxxx
Is this what you are referring to? I have checked and inviting users is working.
