Files not getting downloaded

Hey all.
I am trying to download a folder from my blomp storage.But only the sub folders are getting downloaded but not the files.What can I do now?

Are you using the WebUI or one of the apps? If an app, which one?
To my knowledge, the WebUI can only download folders as part of a bulk-download. That zip file will contain the files.
If you are trying a recursive download in one of the apps, it'll depend on how you are requesting the subfolder whether it copies just the folder or the contents.
