Where did my account go?

Hi,
I have made an account, confirmed the email and upgraded my plan to 2Tb. I also got the app on my Android phone and logged in and was able to upload to the cloud. But then I forgot my password and I reset it, got the email from that and I expected it to be reset. I however was greeted with the message my account doesn't exist but here I am on the forum with the name I made when I registered for Blomp (where a password reset did work). I'm also still somehow logged in on my phone and seem to be able to upload.
Received emails: Can't log in: Taken forum name: I tried making a new account with the same email but with a different forum name and that worked. Got the confirmation email but then I got an error "while processing my request". Tried to use the link again and then got an "invalid confirmation number entered" error. Then I tried logging in again and it tells me the user with my email doesn't exist. Tried to resend the confirmation email but got a "User with this email is not registered".
I obviously need help with this and I also paid for the storage.
