why can't I get the download link of folder

when i click the button of the download folder, it can not work, the link of download folder can not jump out.why can't I get the download link of folder? how should i do it.

There is a Bulk Download button at the bottom of the Web interface. You can select what folders, etc you'd like to download and you'll be emailed a link. Because the folders have to be zipped, we don't want you stuck waiting. The link is valid for 30 days.

Its a function of how much data you are trying to download. It has to be downloaded, zipped, and then re-uploaded...
Have you checked your junk mail folder?
