Did Not Get My Extra 20GB Of Storage After A Friend Joined Please Help

You are allowed up to 200gb, for each referral 20 gb. You start at 20 gb and for each referral 20gb. I referred 5 friends and got 120 gb storage but suddenly, many months ago now, 1 of my 5 friends was removed from my referral list and the 20gb I received for him joining disappeared. I am aware I have 100 gb but should have 120 gb like I had before. 5 friends DID join using my referral so 120 gb not 100 gb earned.

We apologize but you need to have 5 active friends to keep the additional capabilities.

That being said, If one cancels their account, you will lose the benefit of having the increased 20 Gigs. Hope this clears up the confusion!
