Referrals signed in but no extra space on my account

We have commonly seen people having this issue. The reason is simple and might be because of one of two things.
Either your friend didn't accept your invite yet - as in opened the link or didn't open a Blomp account yet.
Are you 100% sure they have confirmed and opened an account?

If yes, kindly provide their information. such as their username, and account info...
If not, I'm sure you will have your extra storage once they confirm and open an account.

For your second question, regarding logging in every 30 days, you just need any activity to keep it active. You can set it up to log in every time you log in to your computer, can make a monthly forum post, or actually use it.
