My 2TB Plan

Hey there,
wrote you 2 Emails about where is my 2 TB Plan, which I bought in a yearly subscription.
Even if I log out out and try to restore purchases, it will stay at the basic free plan.
The Email Copy to myself Function seems also been corrupt.
Cause I get none of the Copy, yes, I have checked the Spamfolder.
I don‘t wanna upload the recipe here, so please get in contact per pn.
