Even after confirming, it still shows Not Verified

Even after confirming, it still shows Not Verified
I invited a couple of friends and they created an account and confirmed it but it shows not verified in my account. Every time they try to confirm it shows 500 server error.

Sorry to hear you are having issues, but thank you for letting us know. Will you please share the e-mails of your confirmed friends? It will allow us to figure out what went wrong and fix everything. Our hunch is that an elf may have messed things up.
