I’m trying to run a download of the photos I uploaded as a test. I got to about 19000/19998 done and then it started throttling. Stopping as low as 0b per seconds for a few minutes then starting back up again and it did that until 19990 and then it got unbearable like 20min per 2 files before lockin...

Was wondering if I was being rate limited. Or if there are issues with the system right now
