Hello I regret to inform a had a free account and I wasn't able to log in for a while (over a month) is there a way to get my files back?

No it's the same the file downloads but not as a video. It downloads as an apk when I tap on it it says "file not able to open"

Multiple files are unable to download I've tried many and I only download once at a time I noticed this happend once I renamed them

I have some files saved on blomo but when I download them and they to open them it says "file not able to open" please help in cannot lose those videos
