Why is it showing that account does not have any files.

You took almost an year working on my issue and every time some or the other new issues arises.

I want you to find me an alternative to access my files.

I understand that I lost my data
You can close my ticket finally after trying to solve it for an year

Today I got a link to download my files
The data that I have in my drive is only 36 gb
and look at what is downloading in the attachments

I just are figured out that this file corrupt issue is only when I download them using the blomp windows application. I am able to access them when I am downloading through web application. However this is very frustrating to download each file individually, I need a better way to download all these...

I still cannot download and most of my files are corrupted

Hi I am finally able to download the folder. However, I cannot open the folder, which is giving me an error saying the file is invalid.
